How much space do I need for delivery?

• 20ft container: approx. 60ft of clearance

• 40ft container: approx. 100ft of clearance

• A flat, solid surface is recommended (asphalt, concrete, gravel, or firm ground).

What condition are the containers in?

We offer new (one-trip) and used containers:

• New: clean, weatherproof, minimal wear

• Used: fully wind- and water-tight, checked for structural integrity

Do I need any permits?

Most customers do not need permits for temporary storage.
Permanent placement may require local approval — it depends on your city/county rules.

Can the container be placed on grass or dirt?

Yes, but a level, solid surface is preferred. Blocks or railroad ties can be used to improve leveling.
